All in all, it was ideal place for traveling to McMinnville. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Visited their restaurant Red Hills Kitchen couple of times...

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the middle of all the action in town. The location is perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee spots just down the street. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the charming surroundings. The rooms are well-designed, with barn doors that provide privacy and a nice little kitchen for those looking to prepare their own meals. The attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to bring our dog along.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful romantic experience during our stay. The complementary snacks and drinks were a nice surprise, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and dining. the quietness of the room allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. while we enjoyed the privacy of the self check-in process, it would have been nice to have a staff member available in case we had any questions during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the heart of a bustling town. The location was perfect, as it was right in the middle of all the action. Despite its central spot, the room I stayed in was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with a nice little kitchen and a bathroom that had everything I needed. On top of that, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All was just fine, nothing to complain about.

Wish we stayed longer
I was a bit hesitant to book this place due to some negative reviews, but I'm so glad we did. We stayed in room 2 and it was perfect. The layout was great, with a cozy bedroom, a super comfy sofa in the living room, and a spacious eat-in kitchen and bathroom. The modern decoration and tidiness were impressive, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved having the robes. The only slight inconvenience was the noise from the dumpsters being emptied in the morning, but that's to be expected in a town location. The train noise was minimal and didn't bother us at all. The self-check-in process was convenient, and the communication with the property was smooth and flexible. We enjoyed exploring the charming town of McMinnville and were left wishing we had stayed longer. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. The room has a little sitting area with a refrigerator, microwave, and a sink, and a complimentary bottle of wine is provided.
The shower stall is pretty small and may not be comfortable for everyone.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was right in the middle of all the action of this charming city. It was easy to walk down 3rd street and explore the many local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated having a small kitchen and living area in our room. The staff were very accommodating, allowing us to park in the free parking area before our room was ready and communicating with us easily over text.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Great location close to shops and eateries. Private parking available. Room had a sitting area with useful amenities.
The room was too small and had an odd layout. The bathroom was cramped and inconveniently located.
